LEGAL ASSISTANCE

The Help Now of Osceola, Inc. Court Advocacy Program provides services to victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse and their children, as well as providing education and resources to the residents of Osceola County.

Court Advocates provide the following services:
Safety Planning
Crisis Counseling and Intervention
Advocacy
Explain rights and explore options
Assistance in filing for protection orders
Accompaniment to injunction, dependency and criminal hearings for support
Information and referrals to attorneys
victim assistance providers and crisis intervention programs
Emergency 911 cell phones

Our office is located in the Osceola County Courthouse in Family Court Services. If you have any questions regarding protection orders or accessing other court services, please contact our court advocate Monday - Friday at 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at (407) 795-7509 (cell) or (407) 742-2631.
